Hired and trained staff
Our cleaners have been working with us for years and are highly trained.
To prevent any contact, the staff works with a mask and gloves.
The products used for cleaning reflect the guidelines of the Ministry of Health,
in particular we use the 70% alcohol-based Sandik product.
Thorough cleaning
At each check-in in the apartment, the door and cabinet handles, switches, remote controls,
appliances and all objects in the rooms are sanitized.
Common areas are treated to prevent the circulation of viruses and bacteria.
Self Check-in
Many of our apartments have self check-in.
This way you can access the apartment using the access codes, easy and convenient!

The reception is located in Galleria Unione 7, a few steps away from the apartments and from Piazza Duomo.
We are open from 9:00 to 18:00.
We offer free luggage storage service and we have adopted all distancing measures.
